You never know what things you will see in crazy America! Luckily, I always have my trusty camera phone with me to document the things I see. This post will go through some of my favorites with an explanation at each! Some are funny, some are strange, and some are kinda nasty! Enjoy.
This is a picture of the wall at Zaxby's in Ocala, FL. Look close, can you see a pirate??
I forgot to flip this... either way this is a creepy picture I saw in my 12 grade English book!
Someone took this of me and I don't think ill ever find out who did it... How did they get my phone?
I put all of Kennedy's bows in my hair and Vanessa snapped a picture just in time.. that's all I have to say about that.
I stepped on my key in my room and it decided to stay in my foot! People always have to look twice to really see what it is... so go ahead! I had a cool batman scar for a while afterwards that looked like this 'M'.
Me and mom some random day with my new haircut!
This is a sad, sad world full of technology!
Second day in Rocklin, CA! Should I jump it???
Coolest sign i've ever read! This used to be an old miners bridge. Zoom in to read!
Kennedy's chap stick! She says we have to keep the star sticker on because without it the girl is immodest!
An ambulance with a port-o-potty hitched to it?? I might have expected this in florida.... but in california??
Mmmmm... Delicious...
This sign was very reassuring as I visited a waste water treatment plant!
I have a few friends that would love to get their hands on this book! I only saw it because it was right next to the mountain bike book!
This peacock followed me around for a few minutes at work :)
Downed cable line at work! I touched it to make sure it wasn't a power line.. ;)
Almost stepped on this little guy doing my route at work!
I love ball caps! I have no idea how to wear this one.... I probably look stupid, but i had to buy it :)
Pumpkin golf! You hit it in, it comes out the other side, and than you have to putt it into the cup! It was so good the four year old's could hardly do it!
My dream picture.... me in a garbage truck!
Billy Bones is past Halloween and ready for the holiday season!!
Thanks for visiting!

2 Years...
On the 20th of January, 09, my mom and I finished the long tedious journey to Florida and officially started our new lives...
This song fits in perfectly to the old Sean, the new Sean, and the future Sean.
"So take the photographs and still frames in your mind"
-Here are a few stories of people and things that made Ocala a horid...great?? place to live-
Vanguard can go down in history as the worst school ever created! I broke down why I didn't like it:
25% New Atmosphere 35% No Friends 20% Bad people 5% Fake Teachers
5% Jail Feeling 5% No School Spirit 5% Horrible extracurricular activities and classes
Honestly, I never tried to make friends there. I talked to certain people, but never cared for any of them. One day, in English class, a boy tried showing me vulgar pictures on his phone. First I nicely said no thank you, but it didn't work.. He implied that since I wouldn't look at the pictures, something was wrong with me... The day got worse when I found out he rode my bus. Him and his friends got together and tried to shove the phone into my face. I ended up getting so upset I grabbed the phone and tossed it all the way across the bus, than moved to the very front seat by the door. To this day i am amazed I never got beat up, a blessing in disguise. From that day on the rumors were spread and I became known as the gay boy on campus... No fun. Btw, I went to graduation at Vanguard that year, looked the perve in the face that ruined everything, than shook his hand and said congratulations.
Around the end of that summer I was settled into the area. I still did not want to accept anyone as my friend but I survived going to mutual on Wednesdays and such. One day Becca Brill, a good friend, asked if I was available to hang out with them.. Long story short, this is when I first opened the door to friendship. School started and I was at a new school, MTI. I talked to as many people as possible and my life committed a 360, Honestly I still didn't like Ocala, but I learned to live with it.
The New Sean
By my senior year, I struck an amazing job, I had many church friends, and became very popular at school. Enough to become SB President. I finally announced that I loved living in Ocala. Wow, it took 19 months to love my new life.
Lastly, over the past month or two and especially the last few weeks, I have learned a valuable lesson. You don't find the importance of something until its just too late. Why did I finally like Ocala right before we decided to move again? These last two days I found my best friends... why couldnt I find them two years ago? All this loneliness could have been disappeared!! Here are some pictures of influential friends from Ocala...
Best of Best Friends Robert and Dylan... I need one of Miranda in this too, that completes our gang! |
Good friends Nick and Harrison |
Friend for life, Leslie Williams |
Close friend Maggie McKinney |
The Future Sean
Now I think about my next "fork in the road", moving to California... I have already witnessed many changes in my life, and im not moving for another six months!! If it took 7 months to hang out for the first time, 19 months to tell myself I love this place, and 24 months to find my best friends... What will the 9 months I have be like in California? That is the golden question I think about every day... I guess all I can say is
Its something unpredictable, but in the end its right. I hope you have the time of your life....

New Years at the Firework Stand
A couple months ago, my friend Harrison asked me to work for him at a firework stand the week after Christmas. Harrison is 18, and has had a firework tent for a few years now. He didn't own the business, but was in charge of the busiest tent in Belleview. Tuesday, at 8 a.m. we drove down to set up the tent, here was the storage pod where everything was sitting, waiting to be unpacked.
First we unpacked the storage pod, than box by box, we placed the fireworks on the stands as nicely as possible. I did most of the organizing and beautifying I guess you could say.
Here is Harrison opening up the firework 'Disruption'. This "cake" as they call them shoots colorfull fireworks into the air than blows up.
Here are the biggest, legal, mortars we could sell. They shot around 200 feet in the air and blew up with different effects. I was really close to getting them for my family, but maybe next time.
The truck really helped moving the boxes from the pod to the tent
Finally we were done unpacking. After we swept up it looked great.
I probably price tagged a thousand items by the end of the week! I don't even think it made a difference because everyone asked the prices for everything, they were just too lazy to read!
We had to stay there from Tuesday until Saturday, so we needed lots of entertainment including a TV, slingshot, xbox, and lots of food!
One morning we woke up to freezing weather and this much frost covering the car!! Never say it doesn't get cold in Florida! Sleeping was freezing and scary, not a good mix when you need to go to the bathroom... Luckly it got warmer every day and it never rained!! All together it was a fun week where I got to learn about fireworks, sell and talk to lots of strangers, and of course make money. Saturday night, i lit a cake for the family and we watched 14 shots fly high into the air and explode into many colors! That was a blast
